We’d love to take you into the wonderful world of spirits. Our Full Tour&Tasting lasts about two hours. We visit the brewery, distillery, malt house, and barrel warehouse, and ‘along the way’ we taste 2 beers and 4 spirits. Afterwards, you can relax and chat in the bar or on our spacious terrace.

what you can expect.
For every Tour&Tasting, a family member will guide the group. Either the brewer or the distiller will passionately explain how beers and spirits are created and made. It’s not a boring gathering, but rather light, informative, educational, and with plenty of time for questions and comments. Two hours might seem long, but it flies by (especially with some tasting involved).
Every first Sunday of the month, we are open to everyone! Come by for a delicious cocktail, a great gueuze or kriek, or our famous stews, in the bar, on our spacious terraces, with friends, family… there’s always a great atmosphere.
Reservations are not required, but if you want to be sure there are still stews available, it is advisable.
At 2 PM, you can also join the (Dutch-language) Full Tour& Tasting… for this, it’s best to register on time as the number of places is limited and usually fully booked. (€19 pp)
Combine that with a nice walk, a visit to Gaasbeek Castle, and make it a Sunday you won’t soon forget.
With friends, your association, your company, etc., you can visit us by appointment. This can be done during the day or in the evening, on weekdays and weekends.
A Full Tour&Tasting costs 285 euros for up to 15 people. From the 16th person, it’s an additional 19 euros per person.
Want to strengthen the inner person? You can do that here too. From 24 people, Sofie conjures up delicious beef stews with fries. Unique because these are made with cherry lambic and, how could it be otherwise, with a cherry gin that we distill especially for this preparation.
Afterwards, a dessert with coffee follows. We also add a gin&tonic to this and offer it as a package for 65 euros per person (including Tour&Tasting).
Are you planning a large event, or something very special for clients, staff, friends…? That’s also possible here. In our café, we can host up to 60 people at tables, and in our large hall up to 120 people…
And in good weather, we also have our terrace and outdoor tent available.
A performance, a reception, product presentation, presentation… we have all the facilities to provide your guests with a pleasant and surprising (delicious) evening or day. The length of the tour, the snacks, the stews… everything is custom-made within the possibilities and the DNA of our family distillery.

Het derde weekend van oktober is het weer zover. Dan staat de stokerij weer 2 dagen in het teken van onze single malt whisky. Dan lanceren we de nieuwe editie van onze whisky én de whisky-geuze. Je kan ook deelnemen aan de whisky-toer (inclusief mouterij), geniet van een cocktail en pulled beef met frietjes. Daar doen we nog een scheut live-muziek bovenop voor sfeer en gezelligheid. Kom je met een grote groep (whisky-club) laat het dan zeker weten op voorhand, dan kunnen we de rondleidingen daarop afstemmen.
Zaterdag van 16 tot 23u, zondag van 11 tot 19u. Tot dan!
