A distillery? Call us what you like. We produce alcohol through distillation. And it’s fine alcohol. Smooth, rich in flavor, without unpleasant tastes, a burning sensation, or harmful components. How do we achieve that? Through true craftsmanship, authentic copper stills, and a lot of patience.

We distill vodka from grain and potatoes, gin with real botanicals, traditional Pajotse genever as genever should be, but also pastis without artificial additives, beer brandy, and of course, single malt whisky. And that list is certainly not exhaustive. What do they all have in common: distilled with passion by real people, from local ingredients, with real botanicals, and all on authentic copper Holstein stills.
